Young Carolina Bourbon Whiskey
Our bourbon mashbill contains blue corn, malted barley and malted rye. The blue corn is much more nutty and earthy than traditional white or yellow corn, and the malted rye contributes spice and cereal notes. Aged in new charred oak this whiskey tastes of toffee and butterscotch.
