Traditional Rums from
South Carolina Grown Sugar Cane

Each year we release a series of rums distilled from sugar cane grown in St. George, SC on the Bair Family Farm.  Sugar cane has a rich tradition in South Carolina and there are still families growing, pressing and cooking cane.  Our first rums were distilled from the fresh juice (before cooking) and another from the rich flavorful syrup.  We've released two white rums and most recently a dark rum.
