Traditional Rum from
South Carolina Grown Cane

Each year we release a rum distilled from sugar cane grown in St. George, SC on the Bair Family Farm.  Sugar cane has a rich tradition in South Carolina and there are still families growing, pressing and cooking cane.  Our rum is distilled from the fresh pressed juice.  This floral and grassy rum tastes lighter and fresher than other rums that are mostly distilled from molasses.

We are working on a new rum from SC grown Sorghum Cane.  The first of its kind in South Carolina.  Sorghum also has a tradition in SC, though it is not as popular as sugar cane.  While similar, the juice from sorghum cane has a much deeper and rich flavor.
