Phil and Jessica Crouch established Crouch Distilling in 2014. Before opening Crouch Distilling, Phil was a miller for a local organic grain mill. While there his interest in grains evolved from milling grits and flour to brewing beer. One thing lead to another and pretty soon Phil and Jessica were distilling whiskey in their kitchen with a small copper pot still. Phil was inspired to open a distillery where he could use his experience to create a unique line of craft spirits. We take pride in every step of our craft, all the way from the grain to your glass.
